The Nottingham suburb of Edwalton enjoys an enviable reputation; leafy and desirable with housing amongst the best in the region. With this came the leisure offer. Bars, restaurants and shops. Add in high quality schools and world class sporting venues and it is easy to see why it is regarded as one of the best places to live in the country. But what it had in lifestyle choices it lacked in quality workspaces, the vast majority of its residents making the daily commute north into Nottingham, or south to Loughborough or Leicester.

The Edwalton Business Park was designed to address this need. Four detached two-storey office buildings of high architectural merit, set within landscaped grounds and providing ample car parking. Each unit is in the order of 6,000 sq ft. Situated on Landmere Lane, it forms part of a much wider area of development encompassing housing and retail proposals.

The original concept design was undertaken by former Rayner Davies architect Jonathon Bramley of Bramley-Maye Design
